Yossie came to PALS after being picked up as a stray in NYC. Yossie is between six and eight years old. She is a happy girl who is very friendly and likes every one she meets. She is a true love bug. Yossie is a diabetic and requires an insulin shot twice a day. She is wonderful about getting the shot and it is no problem to give them to her.
